Delivery/Shipping Information

All products are shipped via common carrier from Manchester, New Hampshire or directly from the manufacturer. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses and US territorial possessions may ship via [Priority Mail]. These shipments are not trackable or insurable and delivery time may take up to 30 business days. Unfortunately, The LifeDesk cannot accept any responsibility for lost shipments.

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. We regret that we currently do not offer shipments to international locations.

Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery.

Return Policy:

Returns are governed by each individual manufacturer's terms and conditions. Restocking fees may apply. For specific policies concerning your purchase, please contact our customer service department at 603-629-9995 during normal business hours.

Your purchase of products from LifeDesk constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. LifeDesk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us.

Pricing: The prices displayed on lifedeskdealers.com are in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling Fees: Our shipping and handling fees are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling, packing, and delivery of the products you purchase from LifeDesk. For more detailed information regarding shipping and handling please review our shipping information.

Lead Times: In stock products ship from our facility within two to three business days. However most items are customized products and ship direct from the manufacturer and lead times will vary by manufacturer and can take up to six weeks. Please contact our customer service department at 603-629-9995 to determine the lead time for your specific order. Please refer to the product description for details on the lead times for these items.

Wholesale Payment Terms: Opening orders must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or e-check. Net 30 terms are available with approved credit. A credit application with sufficient trade and bank references must be submitted for credit approval. Past due invoices will be charged an interest at the rate of 2 % per month on any unpaid balance. Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees, as well as interest at the rate of 2% per month on any unpaid balance. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Returns: Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. If you need to return an item please call our Customer Service Center at 603-629-9995 to obtain a return authorization number and specific instructions regarding your return.

No returns will be accepted without our return authorization number and must be returned with appropriate packing material. Any return shipped and received back to LifeDesk Ergonomics or to the manufacturer broken or damaged because of inadequate packing material will not be credited.

Damage Claims: We go to great lengths to ensure that your product reaches you safely. Despite our efforts, there are times when our products are damaged during transit.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Items should be taken out of their box completely and thoroughly examined for damage. Used items cannot be replaced. Damage claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Please note that damaged items will need to be picked up by the shipper in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipments are not insurable. Therefore LifeDesk cannot accept any responsibility for US Postal Service shipments including those shipments sent to P.O. Boxes.

However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of LifeDesk Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to LifeDesk of all worldwide rights.
